If at the time of ordering, it says a product is in stock – It is in stock.  We operate a live tracking system which means our physical stock is represented accurately on our website: if it's shown as being in stock on our site that means that we have the item in stock and ready for shipping. 

This typically depends on your shipping selection at checkout.  You can select next day delivery, 1-3 business days, or 7-day guarantee.

We currently accept all major credit cards to include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, etc.

We offer a full refund policy.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as it is in the original condition, you can return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

We only charge your card when the order is shipped!

Is my data safe and protected?  We offer 100% secure online ordering. Your personal and credit information details are encrypted via SSL during checkout to ensure that none of your valuable information is compromised.  This means that all your personal details that are transferred across our servers are encrypted and cannot be intercepted or misused by third parties. Also, your credit card details are not stored on our server.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that World of Vapors has received your order and when it will be printed, packaged and shipped.  The overall process does not take more than 1 day from order and will be shipped the same or next business day.  You can track your order under My Account.

Absolutely!  You will receive a receipt sent to your email and viewed and printable from the My Accountpage.
